Refuge Temple Ministries, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization.

Our Stewardship Responsibilities and Commitment: Refuge Temple Ministries, Inc. (the Ministry) uses its resources to Reconcile All Men Back to God and to fulfill its charitable status under United States Tax laws. Contributions to the Ministry are income tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.

Donor preferences: The Ministry often suggests (in verbal, printed, or digital formats) donation and gift purposes that the donor may select as preferences. The suggested purposes represent actual efforts to expand and maintain the Ministry in multiple locations and functions regardless of a donor's location or preferences.

 

Therefore, following Internal Revenue Service guidelines, the Ministry retains ultimate discretion to repurpose and redirect some, all, or the excess of the donations and gifts for any purpose that fulfills the Ministry's charitable objectives.

Dispute Resolution: As a Christian organization we strive to live at peace and to resolve disputes through the guidance of scriptures such as 1 Corinthians 6:1-8 and Matthew 18:15-20. Therefore, as a Donor, you agree that claims or disputes that arise from or are related to any donation made by you or any person or entity or class of Donors shall be settled first 1) by mediation with the Ministry leaders using Bibically-based principles, and secondly 2) if necessary, by third party Christian-based mediation, and thirdly 3) if necessary, by legally binding arbitration in accordance with the Institute for Christian Conciliation's Rules of Procedure ("ICC Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation" are available at www.aorhope.org/icc). Judgment upon an arbitration decision may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. As a Donor or on behalf of another donor(s) or as a member of a class of donors, you agree that these methods shall be the sole remedy for any controversy or claim arising out of any donation and expressly waive all rights to file a lawsuit in any civil court of any nation, state, or sovereignty against Refuge Temple Ministries, Inc. for such disputes, except to enforce an arbitration decision.
